Purchasing Manager
We are seeking an experienced and driven Purchasing Manager to lead our purchasing function and oversee a high-performing team. This is a key role within the organisation, responsible for supplier management, cost control, and aligning purchasing strategies with wider operational goals.

About the Role
You will be responsible for ensuring optimal stock availability to support sales activity, maintaining effective control of inventory value, and ensuring the smooth running of all purchasing-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
10. Maintain appropriate stock levels to meet business needs
11. Build and develop strong supplier relationships
12. Monitor and manage the total cost of ownership for products
13. Plan stockholding and deliveries in line with operational capacity
14. Drive forecasting accuracy and demand planning
15. Develop supplier performance through KPIs, reviews, and improvement plans
16. Ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards
17. Support sustainable business growth initiatives
18. Undertake additional duties as required
About You
19. 3-4 years' experience in purchasing and supply chain management
20. Proven track record in supplier evaluation and relationship management
21. Experience developing and implementing purchasing strategies
22. Strong budgeting and cost management skills
23. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
24. Excellent analytical skills, including demand planning and forecasting
25. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
26. Experience using procurement technologies
27. Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
