Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of Howmet Aerospace, a global leader in engineered metal products for the aerospace, defence, and transportation sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and supportive manufacturing team in Exeter.
Key Duties
* Handle and pour molten alloy.
* Operate high-pressure washing equipment.
* Load furnaces and manage casting components.
* Follow strict quality control procedures.
* Work in physically active roles in a hot, industrial environment (full PPE provided).
Requirements
* Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred but not essential.
* Physically fit and comfortable working in hot conditions.
* Good spoken and written English.
* Attention to detail and safety-focused.
* Willing to learn and adaptable to shift work.

Shift Pattern
* Morning: 6am-2pm.
* Afternoon: 2pm-10pm.
* Night: 10pm-6am.
Regular overtime available, especially on night shifts.
