Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, is also Willow Pumps and Filta. Two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.
What’s involved?
We are looking for someone who can do CCTV and coding, as well as patching & lining on top of the regular reactive duties:
* Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of our customers’ drains
* Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards
* Carrying out surveys
* Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
* Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and apps
* Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is always provided
* Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year.
What do we look for?
Suitable candidates will be able to display a great working attitude together with skills pertaining to the clearance, cleaning and repair of both internal small bore and external drainage systems.
* Experience in commercial & domestic Drainage is essential
* Experience in drain cleaning, drain repairs, patch lining
* Drainage tickets including HPWJ, Confined spaces and CSCS
* Have experience with CCTV Surveys and Lining
* Will have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude
* Be willing to work occasional / unsociable hours
* Hold a full UK driving licence – must be over 25 for insurance purposes
