Salary: £32,292 plus tips around £1500-£2000 per annum Essentials : Previous Michelin star experience preferred, but will consider all options. Previous CDP experience essential in 3AA Rosette above level. Proven ability to lead and manage a team of chefs. Creative approach to your work with exceptional attention to detail. Details of the Restaurant: Dinner: 6:30-9pm (Tuesday to Sunday) Lunch: 12:30-2pm (Friday to Sunday) Closed Mondays (only breakfast and room service served) Closed 4 weeks of the year (1 week in January, 1 week in April, 1 week in August, 1 week in November); breakfast and room service still covered 7 days a week while closed. 1 breakfast shift a week (6:45-3pm) when 3 days off not available. 2 days off; we aim to give 3 DAYS OFF A WEEK, working 48 hours over 4 days.
