Job Description:

£12.43 per hour, plus enhancements where applicable.
This is a bank position; shifts will be as and when required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide and deliver a comprehensive care and support service including all elements of personal care and hygiene, while maintaining independence and dignity at all times.
2. Ensure the social support of residents – e.g., encouraging/facilitating their interests and meaningful activities.
3. Assist in residents’ health and well-being including nutrition, medication/creams, mobility, shopping/health appointments, and supporting/welcoming visitors.
4. Formulate, review, and maintain resident care plans and paperwork, working in line with regulatory bodies and policies (e.g., GDPR, CQC, HSE, Local Authority).
5. Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders across and outside St Monica Trust.
6. Undertake housekeeping and laundry duties as necessary for residents.

* Care certificate or willingness to obtain one.
* First Aid, food hygiene, Manual Handling qualifications.
