Branch Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a Branch Assistant on behalf of our client. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining customer service, sales, and hands-on warehouse duties.
This position will be temp to permanent for the right candidate the role offers long-term potential, including future salary progression.
The Role
This is a well-rounded position where no two days are the same. Duties will include:
* Providing excellent customer service both face-to-face and via email/Phone
* Supporting sales activity and ensuring customers come first
* Picking and preparing orders within the warehouse
* General branch support and administration
* Using Microsoft systems
This is not purely a warehouse role - we are looking for someone confident, proactive, and customer-focused.
What We're Looking For
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Previous sales or customer service experience
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to write professional emails
* Comfortable using Excel and basic IT systems
* A hands-on attitude and willingness to support across departments
Salary & Hours
* £25,000-£26,000 per year (£12.82-£13.33 per hour DOE)
* Monday to Friday
* 8:00am - 4:30pm
* 1 hour unpaid break
