As a strategic communications partner, this role strengthens alignment across internal, corporate, brand, and crisis communications, supporting sustainable growth, organizational transformation, and long-term reputation.
What You’ll Do
Internal Communications
* Develop and deliver the Europe North internal communications strategy aligned with EMEA priorities and local business goals.
* Ensure associates are informed and engaged through clear updates on company performance, strategy, and transformation initiatives.
* Act as a trusted advisor to Product Business Unit and functional leaders, providing guidance on messaging, planning, and execution.
* Continuously improve internal channels and measure communication effectiveness.
Corporate Communications & Crisis Management
* Lead an integrated corporate communications program to strengthen reputation and positioning across Europe North.
* Serve as company spokesperson, managing media relations proactively and responding effectively to inquiries.
* Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including media, influencers, community representatives, and local authorities.
* Lead crisis preparedness and communications, including issues related to manufacturing operations, labor negotiations, and community engagement, in alignment with the EMEA framework.
Brand Communications
* Deliver integrated brand communications aligned with EMEA Consumer and Commercial strategies.
* Partner with Marketing and Sales to support product launches, campaigns, and key customer initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across earned and digital channels and measuring impact.
Governance & Resource Management
* Ensure alignment with EMEA messaging, governance, and planning processes.
* Manage the communications budget, agency partnerships, and resource prioritization across internal, corporate, brand, and crisis activities.
What You’ll Bring
* Significant experience (minimum 7 years) in corporate, internal, and brand communications within a complex, matrixed environment.
* Strong media relations expertise and experience serving as a spokesperson, including crisis communications management.
* Proven ability to design and deliver integrated communications campaigns from strategy through execution.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trusted partnerships across functions and seniority levels.
* Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on delivery capability and strong project management skills.
* Financial and operational discipline, including budget and agency management experience.
* High integrity, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to navigate change with confidence and empathy.
