About the Role

As a personal assistant at Mortgage & Life Limited, you’ll play a key part in supporting the principal of the firm with every aspect of the business from helping to maintaining accurate client records, preparing essential documentation and managing diaries to ensure a smooth running of the business and contributing to delivering an exceptional client experience.


The benefits for a Personal Assistant:

* Part time position 3 days per week from 9am to 5pm.
* £13 per hour.
* Fixed term contract for 1 year.
* Office based role.
* Immediate start available.
* Supportive office culture with full training and support provided.


Your responsibilities as a Personal Assistant will include:

* Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.
* Support the principal with the efficient running of the business.
* Efficient and effective diary management.


What will you need to succeed as a Personal Assistant:

* Previous administration experience in a financial services company preferable.
* Located within 30 minutes of Harrow.
* Good organisation skills and attention to detail.
