About the Role:
* Full-time teaching position within a specialist school setting
* Plan and deliver tailored, engaging lessons that meet individual students' learning needs and EHCP outcomes
* Work with students across Key Stages with a range of complex special educational needs
* Foster confidence, independence, and a love of learning in every student
* Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff to create holistic learning experiences
* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support student progress

We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Holds QTS and has experience teaching students with special educational needs in a UK school setting
* Has excellent understanding of differentiation, individual learning plans, and EHCP targets
* Is patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting learners with complex needs
* Communicates effectively and works collaboratively with colleagues and families
* Reflects on their teaching practice and is committed to continuous professional development
