A leading biotech organization is building a brand-new research, development, and manufacturing hub in Oxfordshire — and we're growing our Quality Control – Chemistry team with a key hire focused on analytical testing and stability programs.
This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of mRNA and biologics innovation, supporting global health efforts through advanced QC capabilities and digital-first lab environments.
What You'll Be Doing
Perform hands-on analytical and stability testing using HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV, KF, DLS, and more
Support testing of materials and products across the development lifecycle
Execute and manage GMP-compliant stability studies, from sample pulls to data trending
Contribute to regulatory submissions with high-quality data and technical reports
Work within a digital ecosystem — including LIMS and AI-enhanced QC platforms
Collaborate cross-functionally and support lab operations, training, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
* Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field
* Experience in a QC lab within the pharma or biotech industry
* Strong foundation in GMP, data integrity, and regulatory compliance
* Proficiency with modern lab instrumentation and digital systems
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
* A mindset focused on innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence
