As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will support students and teachers in the classroom while learning on the job. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills and start your journey in the education sector.
Responsibilities:
* Help teachers deliver lessons and activities
* Support students during class and in small groups
* Encourage good behaviour and focus in the classroom
* Assist with preparing learning materials
* Work with students who need extra help
* Build positive relationships with staff and students
Requirements:
* Interest in working with young people
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to learn and take part in training
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
