Team Leader – Supported Living Service
We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to cover two Supported Living Services in Eastbourne and Hailsham. This role is ideal for someone skilled in leading a team and committed to supporting people with a learning disability to get the most out of life.
As a Team Leader, you will model excellent practice, monitor performance and provide direct supervision of staff. You will play an essential part in developing a new service, helping residents build a sense of home and well‑being.
Qualifications
* Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3 Apprenticeship or equivalent, or willingness to complete.
* Level 2 Maths and English, or ability to pass an assessment during selection.
* Informal care experience.
* Organisational skills and time‑management for self and others.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to plan, review and develop packages of support.
Additional Information
Applicants must undertake an Enhanced DBS check or an Enhanced check for Regulated Activity. Overseas police checks are required if you have lived or worked abroad.
Your starting salary will be pro‑rata if the position is part‑time or term‑time only.
