The Opportunity
We are looking to hire a talented Change Management Executive Consultant. This role requires candidates to be security clearance eligible at SC level.

What We Offer
The Organisational Change Management Team leverages change to bring about successful resolutions, managing the process and facilitating organizations' transition from the current to a future desirable state using a coordinated and structured approach. You will join a dynamic, multi-functional, and MCA award-winning team that solves complex client issues across both the private and public sectors, with extensive training and support available.

About the Role
We are looking for an individual with 4-6 years of experience delivering people-related change support in a digital and business transformation context. You should have an awareness of and interest in how organizations are responding to the digital agenda and what this means for people, their roles, and job transformation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning for Change: Develop a case for change, agree on the future state, and evaluate client readiness for change.
2. Mobilising and Driving Adoption of New Technologies: Establish a change network, engage senior sponsors in advocacy for the change, manage stakeholder resistance, and deliver communications and engagement strategies and plans.
3. Delivering Change: Identify, address, and rectify issues related to user adoption of technology.
4. Organisational Design: Support the alignment of organizational structures, develop roles and responsibilities, and workforce planning.
5. Client Engagement: Work autonomously with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored change management strategies, and ensure successful implementation.
6. Project Leadership: Lead change management projects from inception to completion, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.
7. Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to support change initiatives and enhance client capabilities.
8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in change management.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Master's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area.
2. Experience in the Consulting sector and in roles specifically supporting or managing change.
3. Experience with collaboration tools and digital platforms (such as MS O365 suite, SAP, ServiceNow, and Salesforce).
4. Ability and willingness to rapidly develop skills while operating in a fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in a second European language such as French, German, or Spanish.
