Role | Conveyancing Assistant Experience | 12 months of experience within Residential Conveyancing Based | Keighley Offer | £24,000 - £26,000 per annum We are working with a leading law firm, who are currently recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy property team. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in residential conveyancing, specifically handling sales and purchases. You will be a key part of the team, working to deliver professional and friendly client care. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of work and will need to be meticulous and accurate when preparing legal documents and inputting data. Typical duties would include: Opening new files and inputting instructions onto the Case Management system. Assisting with exchanges and completion paperwork. Ordering searches and issuing contracts. Dealing with telephone enquiries and general administration. Filing, billing, and archiving. The ideal candidate will have: At least 12 months of experience in a fast-paced conveyancing role. The ability to work accurately and follow instructions carefully. Strong IT skills and a client-focused approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure. A flexible and adaptable approach, and the ability to work both on your own initiative and as part of a team.
