SEN Teacher - Solihull (B90) - Start ASAPFull-time | Long-term | Aspire PeopleAspire People are recruiting a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school in the B90 area of Solihull. This is a long-term role starting ASAP, ideal for a teacher who is passionate about supporting pupils with a range of additional needs and helping them achieve their full potential.About the RoleYou'll be working with students across KS3 and KS4 who may have a variety of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, or communication and interaction difficulties. The role involves planning differentiated lessons, creating a nurturing learning environment, and working closely with support staff and the SENCO to ensure each pupil receives the right level of support.Strong behaviour-management skills, patience, and the ability to build trusting relationships with students are essential.
