Senior Graphic Designer
Are you an ambitious, ideas-driven designer ready to take your creativity to the next level? We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team, working with renowned brands on exciting promotions and high-profile collaborations that get people talking.
This is an amazing opportunity for a creative powerhouse who thrives on bringing bold ideas to life, wants to make their mark, and loves working in a collaborative studio environment.
The Role:
* Develop and deliver eye-catching visual concepts for promos, campaigns and special brand collaborations.
* Take the lead on projects, managing them from initial idea through to final delivery.
* Oversee, guide, and inspire a talented Junior Designer, helping them develop their skills and deliver outstanding work.
* Work closely with our marketing, branding and content teams to ensure all designs hit the brief and resonate with our audience.
* Keep your finger on the pulse of trends and bring fresh, exciting ideas to the table.
What We’re Looking For:
* 3–5 years of experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house).
* A portfolio full of creative, commercial work that demonstrates your versatility and flair.
* Strong leadership skills – you’ll lead by example and enjoy supporting junior team members.
* Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* A collaborative attitude and the confidence to pitch and explain your ideas.
* This is an office-based role in Wolverhampton – we’re all about bouncing ideas around together in person!
