Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver engaging, adapted lessons that meet the unique needs of every learner
* Support pupils with a variety of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
* Create and track personalized learning plans and EHCP targets
* Partner with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and specialists to provide a team-around-the-child approach
* Celebrate student progress by adapting strategies to ensure no one is left behind
* Maintain a safe, nurturing, and high-energy learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Real-world experience supporting children or young people with SEND
* A deep toolkit of inclusive teaching strategies
* Excellent communication skills and a "team player" attitude
* A patient, resilient, and empathetic nature
* Familiarity with EHCP processes (this is a plus, but not a dealbreaker)
