We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Corporate Services Manager / Company Secretary to lead HR, governance, facilities, and communications functions. You’ll support the Senior Management Team and Board, ensuring strong HR operations, effective policies, compliant governance, safe office environments, and smooth organisational processes. Key areas include employee relations, recruitment, payroll and pensions, learning & development, Health & Safety, data protection support, and coordinating Board meetings and governance requirements.
