Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Poole and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time / Full-Time)
Your Role
As an SEN Tutor, you’ll provide personalised support that helps learners re-engage with education, develop key skills, and grow in confidence.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver 1:1 or small group tuition tailored to individual needs
* Support students with a range of learning differences and challenges
* Build strong, trusting relationships with learners
* Use creative approaches to keep sessions engaging
* Monitor progress and adapt sessions accordingly
We’re Looking For
* Background in education, youth work, mentoring, or SEN support
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A calm, resilient, and adaptable nature
* Knowledge of safeguarding practices
* Local availability within Poole and nearby areas

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
