We’re recruiting for an experienced Customer Relations Manager to join our client’s automotive team in Long Bennington. This is a key role - responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with customers within the automotive sector, ensuring service expectations are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
The Role:
* Maintain strong, positive relationships with key automotive clients.
* Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and service updates.
* Resolve issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
* Work closely with internal teams to support customer requirements and resolve operational challenges.
* Monitor and manage customer satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement.
* Support with reporting and account updates where required.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in customer management or client-facing roles.
* Automotive industry experience is highly desirable.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Confident communicator with a professional, outgoing approach.
* Able to work independently and as part of a wider team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
