Social Worker – Ageing Well
Salary: Grade 7 (£44,075 – £49,282)
Location: Hybrid + across Wolverhampton
Contract: 10x Full time, permanent
Responsibilities
* Promote independence, wellbeing, and choice for adults and carers.
* Work collaboratively with health, housing and community partners.
* Champion the voice of adults and carers.
* Support outcome‑focused, person‑centred practice using a strengths‑based approach.
Qualifications
* Experience working with adults, carers and families.
* Strong assessment, communication and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation.
* A commitment to strengths‑based practice.
* Registration with Social Work England.
* ASYE completed.
* (Desirable) PE, BIA or AMHP qualification.
