We are now recruiting for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a growing, successful first opinion small animal veterinary practice in the Southend area, Essex.
* excellent full time permanent opportunity with 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota and no Sundays, no OOH.
* practice is purpose built, well equipped, modern and spacious with brand-new ultrasound, including 4 probes, endoscope, in house laboratory and x-ray machine and dental equipment.
* ideally you will be an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with good surgical skills and Dentistry experience would also be advantageous.
* CPD allowance and funding towards certificates available.
* paid RCVS, BVA memberships and VDS fees.
* join a close knit, friendly and experienced team
* fantastic Essex coast location, with great transport links, free on site parking, nearby Southend Airport and direct trains to London in under an hour.
Person Requirements
* Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
* Registered with the RCVS
* experienced Veterinary Surgeon
* good surgical skills
* Dentistry experience advantageous.
