The Interim HR Advisor will serve as a generalist, providing on-site support at Schoen Clinic York across a range of HR matters. This includes ensuring the consistent and effective application of HR policies and procedures in line with current employment legislation.
Key responsibilities include embedding company policies, managing induction and probation processes, overseeing compliance reporting, optimising the use of the HRIS, and supporting line managers in handling employee relations in accordance with internal guidelines and legal requirements.
This fixed-term role is designed to support the hospitals growth strategy by equipping managers with hands-on HR expertise.
This role will be based on site 5 days per week between usual weekday working hours (9am - 5:30pm).
