Job Responsibilities:
* To manage and maintain an effective workforce handling recruitment, training, appraisals, employee welfare, and performance management
* To ensure all expected operational standards are met
* To maintain stock control and minimise waste
* To produce and manage the rota, including managing holidays
* To be responsible for cash security & banking
* To ensure the store operates in line with expectations
* To manage and update the store's social media platforms to increase engagement, brand awareness, and customer traffic
* To contribute new ideas and initiatives aimed at attracting more customers and improving business performance
* To take responsibility for cleaning and maintaining a high standard of presentation throughout the store
The successful candidate will also be expected to:
* Hold a current Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene or acquire one within 3 months of start date
* Maintain a high standard of Hygiene and Health and Safety within the premises
* Actively promote the business through both in-store initiatives and digital platforms
* Share in the success of the business – if sales increase on a monthly basis, a commission bonus will be added on top of your wage

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
