Breakfast chef Requirements:
* The
ability to work well independently and multi-task.
* Experience
in a similar role or a keen interest in pursuing a culinary career.
* The
ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressured environment.
* Availability
to work shifts, including weekends as per business needs.
* Be a
strong Chef, with the ability to train, Coach and develop junior chefs
* At
least 1 year experience as a Chef
* Great
communication skills
* Right
to Work in the UK
* Excellent
culinary and presentation skills
Breakfast Chef Responsibilities:
* Preparing
and plating up breakfast dishes in an efficient manner and using the menu
specs provided.
* Preparing
ingredients for senior chefs, ensuring great attention to detail for the
menu specs provided.
* Working
to a high standard to ensure customers receive the best quality food.
* Complying
with all health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
* Cooks
guests' orders according to their preferences
* Employs
food safety best practices and makes sure that all kitchen staff members
do the same
* Acts
with appropriate caution in a dangerous environment where there are knives
and high-temperature surfaces
* Coaches
other chef's and other members of the kitchen staff, so they perform at
their best
* Takes
direction and works with the restaurant's administrative team
