Mental Health Support Worker
West Cumbria | Day & Night Shifts | 36 Hours per Week | 12-Week Temp to Perm | £12.30 per hour

We are currently recruiting experienced Mental Health Support Workers to provide dedicated 2:1 support for an individual with complex needs, including Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) and an Eating Disorder.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver holistic, person-centred care within the clients home environment
* Support with daily living tasks, mental health needs, and meaningful engagement activities
* Promote independence and facilitate community participation
* Monitor and report on both physical and mental health indicators
* Work in line with care plans, risk assessments, and medication procedures
* Maintain clear and accurate records, and assist in crisis situations under the guidance of a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
* Ensure dignity, respect, and safeguarding are upheld at all times
