Job Overview: We are looking for Social Worker. Responsibilities: ▪ Screen and triage new contacts received through the Front Door, ensuring timely and proportionate responses that prioritise the safety and wellbeing of children. ▪ Enable children, young people, and families to actively participate in assessments, planning, and decision-making, ensuring their voice informs intervention and service delivery. ▪ Apply strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches to empower families, build resilience, and support sustainable change. ▪ Promote early intervention and prevention by identifying emerging needs and mobilising support at the lowest appropriate level. ▪ Work collaboratively with social workers, keyworkers, and multi-disciplinary partners to deliver coordinated and effective support to families. ▪ Maintain professional curiosity, reflective practice, and accountability in managing complex family situations. ▪ Engage constructively in supervision, training, and continuous professional development to maintain high standards of practice. ▪ Contribute positively to a learning culture that values diversity, inclusion, and anti-discriminatory practice.
