The role; Support the business by keeping up to date with regulatory and compliance standards and aligning company processes and policies accordingly Handle telephone enquiries in a professional manner in line with the business standards Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload in a fast-paced setting Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Managing multiple and changing priorities at once Investigating and making informed decisions in line with our policies Meeting deadlines and SLAs appropriate to your role What we are looking for; You will be a natural "people" person, with exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently and quickly build relationships with clients over the phone.
