Recoveries Case Handler
Temp-Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 9.00 am - 5.30 pm (60-minute lunch break) or 9.00 am - 5.00 pm (30-minute lunch break)
Office-based role
£27,000 per year, with opportunities for additional monthly commission!

As a Properties Case Handler, you will:
* Manage new cases from onboarding to resolution
* Oversee your own case load with attention to detail
* Engage in direct branch case reviews and administrative tasks
* Drive income recovery through effective communication and negotiation
* Produce both template and custom letters for varied situations
* Keep the management team informed about case statuses
* Collaborate with in-house solicitors for legal insights as necessary
The ideal candidate should possess:
* A strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail
* An investigative mindset with problem-solving abilities
* Excellent letter writing and communication skills
* Good listening and negotiation skills
* A confident and professional telephone demeanour
* Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
* Self-learning abilities and adaptability
* Previous experience in a Recoveries or Collections role preferred
* Familiarity with the properties industry
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Understanding of relevant legal principles
Familiarity with case management software and MS Office Suite is beneficial.
