Chef De Partie - London About the role You will work with both the Restaurant Manager and GM to assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of food to the highest standards in a clean, tidy, safe and pleasant environment. To also assist in the smooth running of the kitchen with direction from more senior members of the kitchen team making sure you provide outstanding food experiences. You will need to support your kitchen to make sure it is fully compliant with process, healthy and safety, and food hygiene regulations and run in line with client expectations. Who you are Minimum of 3 years kitchen experience. Understands and has knowledge of industry trends and direction; ability to learn and effectively utilise client training. Strong communicator that can confidently speak with all levels within the business, where necessary utilising reasoning skills. What you ll get 40 hours over a five day week (Monday to Friday).
