Our client is a highly regarded and award-winning and house builder who, with an excellent land bank and project pipeline, are looking to appoint an experienced and ambitious Development Engineer.
With tangible progression opportunities available, you will play a key role in the technical evaluation and optimisation of new land opportunities as well as undertaking detailed value engineering assessments to identify opportunities to improve site viability and reduce abnormal costs.
Some of your key Responsibilities include:
* Provide Engineering input into the appraisal of potential development sites.
* Prepare and review preliminary infrastructure layouts including highways, drainage and levels strategies.
* Advise on ground conditions, utilities, access requirements and other technical constraints affecting development potential.
