Role: Retail Sales Assistant
Location: Merry Hill Shopping Center
Hours: 14-21 Hours per week, MUST HAVE weekend availability
Salary : £13.25 per hour PLUS monthly store bonus
Applicants must be 18+ due to the nature of the product

What the Retail Sales Assistant will be doing?
● Educating Adult Smokers on the benefits of heated tobacco.
● Convert traditional tobacco users to heated tobacco users through in-store demonstrations and guided trials.
● Maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
● Working alongside the Store Lead to drive sales performance and customer experience.
● Support opening/closing of the store and daily operational duties including, but not limited to, stock management, store reporting and cash handling.
