Pay: £13.50 per hour (PAYE) or £18.01 per hour (Umbrella)
Hours: MondayThursday: 7:30am4:00pm. Friday: 7:00am12:00pm
Role Overview of the Dispatch Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organised Dispatch Coordinator. In this role, you will ensure that products manufactured and shipped by the company arrive at our customers on time and in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and prioritise daily dispatch operations to meet shipping deadlines
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability
* Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation and MRP records
* Arrange UK and international shipments, including courier bookings and local deliveries
* Monitor packaging materials and consumables, obtaining quotes when needed
* Resolve customs/export issues and maintain high standards in the dispatch area
Experience Required
* Previous experience in a dispatch environment
* Familiarity with work orders, sales orders, and MRP systems
* Experience raising shipping documents
