This is working for a small but busy office where no two days are the same. Working hours are Monday-Thursday 9-5 and Friday 9-4. Flexible hours can be discussed for the right person. The right person for this role would have previous experience as an Admin Assistant preferably within a finance industry. Processing deals onto the system Manual Administration Responding to emails Speaking to customers Some accounts duties General Customer Service Answering incoming phone calls Helping with any other duties But what do I get?
