What you'll be doing:
* Partnering with senior commercial leaders to deliver actionable financial insights
* Analysing performance drivers and recommending actions
* Advising on pricing models, customer profitability, and contract performance
* Leading forecasts, budgets, and strategic planning processes
* Supporting new product development and market expansion with financial analysis
* Presenting complex financial data clearly to non‑finance stakeholders
* Driving efficiency in commercial overhead costs and ensuring financial rigour
What we're looking for:
* Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or “qualified by experience”
* Strong analytical skills with a proactive problem‑solving approach
* Confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
* A commercially minded, results‑focused professional who thrives on collaboration
