We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our small but ambitious manufacturing company based in Harrogate. Our work sees us utilising CNC and traditional joinery expertise to manufacture a wide range of products
Candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanour.
The role is semi-flexible and can be full or part time
Duties & Key responsibilities:
* Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
* Providing high levels of product knowledge
* Providing high levels of administration and communication throughout the sales process
* Managing online sales channels such as Ebay and Amazon
* General admin duties as required
Required skills and experience:
* Experience of providing high levels of customer service
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Excellent IT Skills
* Highly Organised
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,420.00-£36,132.28 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
