What you’ll be doing:
* Working closely with a small team of managers to ensure the store operates smoothly daily.
* Taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, often being the sole manager with full accountability.
* Collaborating with a team to complete tasks, ensuring efficient and safe customer service.
* Managing people by overseeing performance, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring accurate scheduling and pay.
* Supporting other nearby stores as needed in a network of convenience stores.
