The Role:

Lead pre-construction activity across all PCSA contracts

Manage design development, planning, programming and risk reviews
*
Work closely with estimating, commercial and delivery teams to ensure robust project set-up
*
Engage with clients, consultants and supply chain partners to support winning strategies
*
Drive best practice, innovation and value engineering solutions
What We’re Looking For:
*
Proven experience in a pre-construction or technical / design management role within a main contracting environment
*
Strong background in cladding remediation, building safety or refurbishment projects (desirable)
*
Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills
*
Ability to manage multiple PCSAs simultaneously with attention to detail
