A luxury country hotel on the outskirts of Ipswich, proudly holding 2 AA Rosettes, is seeking a talented and detail-driven Banqueting Head Chef to lead its refined events kitchen.
Our property is known for elegant weddings, exclusive private dining and high-end corporate events focusing on quality, presentation and guest experience rather than volume.
The Role
Lead and inspire the banqueting kitchen team
Deliver refined, Rosette-standard food for weddings and private events
Create and execute seasonal, premium banqueting menus
Ensure exceptional presentation and consistency
Manage food costs, ordering and stock control
Maintain the highest hygiene and compliance standards
About You
Experienced Head Chef or strong Senior Sous from a quality hotel or Rosette background
Passion for refined food and attention to detail
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Calm, professional and hands-on approach
Level 3 Food Safety preferred
Full UK driving licence essential due to countryside location
