The Senior Brand Merchandiser Mission:
As the product-facing merchandising authority for EMEA, you will shape regional product strategy and EMEA range architecture through the Global Product Creation (GPC) process. This role exists to ensure better product decisions, earlier. You lead the translation of EMEA consumer insight, market needs, and performance learning into clear regional product strategy, segmentation and differentiation frameworks, and structured briefs that guide global product creation. You are the product expert within the Market Merchandising team, owning GPC communication, Design Check-In engagement, and the structured download of product direction to enable best-in-class commercial execution.
How You'll Drive Success:
· Own and articulate the EMEA regional product strategy for Endura / Berghaus, aligned to brand ambition and consumer needs
· Act as the primary EMEA product-facing lead within Global Product Creation (GPC), ensuring regional strategy is clearly represented and understood
· Lead EMEA input into the global product roadmap, ensuring clarity on category roles, growth priorities, and seasonal intent
· Lead the EMEA seasonal briefing process, translating consumer insight, market feedback, and performance learning into clear, actionable briefs
· Own Design Check-In (DC) attendance, feedback, and download to the Market Merchandising team, providing clear product direction and rationale
· Define and own EMEA range architecture frameworks, including category roles, franchise logic, and good-better-best tiering
· Lead the segmentation and differentiation strategy for EMEA, ensuring ranges are intentionally structured by consumer, channel role, and region
· Own EMEA forecasting inputs at style/franchise level, partnering closely with the Market Merchandising team
· Shape early demand intent through product creation, supporting improved development choices and lifecycle planning
· Build EMEA assortment frameworks that guide downstream assortment and buy decisions by Market Merchandisers
· Define seasonal category focus, depth intent, and franchise emphasis, aligned to regional product strategy
· Lead post-season product reviews focused on range effectiveness, structural learnings, and future product direction
· Act as the primary EMEA merchandising partner to Global Product Creation, building strong, trusted, and effective relationships
· Partner with Product Management and Brand to align product storytelling, product flow, and regional priorities
What you'll need to thrive:
· Significant experience in brand or product merchandising, ideally within performance, outdoor, or technical consumer brands
· Proven ownership of regional product strategy, briefing, and range architecture
· Strong expertise in segmentation and differentiation frameworks
· Experience influencing forecasting and demand direction through product creation
