About The Role

We are looking for a Flexible Worker Advisor / Trust Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team. This fixed term contract position runs until March 2027 and is based predominantly at Rotherham Hospital. Up to two days per week you may work at alternate sites such as Barnsley Hospital, Doncaster Royal Infirmary, or Sheffield Children’s Hospital. Your main responsibilities will include sourcing, supporting and guiding NHS staff across various clinical groups—from porters to doctors and nurses to midwives—through the recruitment process. You will write adverts, attend recruitment events, induct new starters, analyse recruitment data and engage in every stage of the candidate journey.


Responsibilities

* Sourcing and supporting candidates across multiple clinical staff groups.
* Writing adverts and representing the Trust at recruitment events.
* Inducting new starters and providing ongoing orientation.
* Collecting, analysing and reporting recruitment data.
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet staffing needs.
* Managing time, resources and priorities to meet deadlines.


Qualifications

* Demonstrable experience in a service‑driven, process‑based business environment.
* Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to build effective working relationships with a wide range of professional and managerial groups.
* Ability to negotiate with stakeholders with tact and discretion.
* Strong influencing and assertiveness skills.
* Proven ability to lead by example.
* Strong time‑management and resource‑planning skills.
* Commitment to continuous improvement of people, processes and systems.
* Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
