Cyber Security Delivery Manager | Permanent | UK Remote | £50,000 p.a
Peaple Talent has partnered with a reputable consultancy in the UK to recruit a Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager on a full-time permanent basis.
The client is based in the South West of England but is hiring remotely due to the client-facing nature of this role.

Our client seeks a Technical Service Delivery Manager to guide clients towards better security practices, maximize service value, and clarify complex challenges.
They are looking for someone with a background in cybersecurity operations, excellent interpersonal skills, and a growth mindset, eager to contribute to the evolution of technical solutions and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily client engagement, maintain communication, and provide regular service updates.
* Assist the sales team in client retention and renewal processes for CSOC contracts.
* Investigate security events, generate incident reports, resolve client concerns, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
* Create and maintain technical documentation to improve operational workflows.
* Support service teams by troubleshooting operational issues.
* Help onboard new clients, understand their operations and risks, and support early service adoption.
* Represent the customer's voice within the business, ensuring expectations are met.
* Contribute to customer reports, analyzing service performance, threat trends, investigations, SLAs, ingestion data, and vulnerabilities.
* Work with engineering on service improvements and technical upgrades.
* Provide expert guidance to clients on optimizing their use of services.
Key Experience Required:
* Strong understanding of SOC environments, SIEM, and SOAR tools for threat detection and response.
* Microsoft Security certifications or equivalent experience demonstrating technical expertise.
* Interest in current cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, attacker techniques, and vulnerabilities.
* Knowledge of industry frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus.
* Experience with Microsoft security technologies, especially Azure, Microsoft Sentinel, and Defender XDR.
