Partner the best As a Buyer, you will support the procurement of goods and services across assigned categories, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing aligned with business needs. You will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain supply continuity and optimize value. Key Responsibilities: Engaging suppliers to request quotations for goods and services, ensuring competitive pricing and optimal lead times. Managing requisitions by converting internal purchase requests into accurate and timely purchase orders in line with company policies. Tracking orders by monitoring open orders and proactively following up with suppliers to confirm delivery dates and resolve delays or issues. Maintaining documentation by keeping accurate records of supplier communications, quotations, and order confirmations. Updating systems to ensure procurement platforms reflect the latest order and delivery information. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and supplier performance. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role, you should have: Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Have proven experience in procurement or supply chain functions. Have strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Have proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred). Have a team‑oriented mindset with a proactive and solution‑driven approach.
