Your new role
* Conducting property inspections and valuations.
* Managing lease renewals, rent reviews, and negotiations.
* Providing professional advice on property management and development.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
* Preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate records.
* Liaising with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a Commercial Estate Surveyor, ideally within a local authority or public sector environment.
* Strong knowledge of property law, valuation, and estate management principles.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., MRICS) are highly desirable.
