Specific duties of the Supply Chain Analyst include:
Managing stock availability and performance to meet internal and customer targets
Collaborating with key customers and suppliers to ensure smooth, on-time stock replenishment
Leading range changes and supporting new product launches
Forecasting demand monthly and planning for promotional events
Identifying and resolving issues that affect stock efficiency and customer satisfaction
Providing outstanding customer service through clear and timely communication
Supporting the wider supply team with ad hoc tasks and analysis
Supply Chain Analyst applicants should meet the following criteria:
Previous experience in a; Supply Chain, Logistics, Demand Planning, Forecasting, Merchandising, Sales Order Processing, Order Management
Experience within a FMCG or retail environment would be advantageous
Strong IT skills - MS Excel, Power BI, or MRP, ERP
Previous experience with forecasting
Commercial mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A relationship builder - both internally and externally
Proactive, positive, and resilient
