Aimé Leon Dore is seeking a pro-active Part Time Sales Associate to join the team in London, reporting directly to the Store Manager. The Sales Associate will exhibit a friendly and outgoing attitude whilst delivering a best-in-class customer experience as part of our first international Flagship store team. Duties & Responsibilities Deliver and maintain an outstanding level of customer service at all times Maintain the stores’ visual identity within brand guidelines through merchandising and stock replenishment Showcase excellent product and brand knowledge Work purposefully as part of a team to ensure daily objectives and goals are met Create a welcoming environment by greeting and interacting with customers, responding to queries regarding products and purchases. Provide recommendations based on product knowledge inline customer needs and preferences. Successfully operate till systems and transactions Act as an Aimé Leon Dore Brand Ambassador Qualifications A minimum of 2 year’s experience in Retail A proven record in delivering excellent customer service within a similar retail environment Keen attention to detail A pro-active and motivated individual with the ability to take initiative Computer and till system literate Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills Flexible working hours Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull on a frequent basis Ability to stand and/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 8 hours).
