You’ll be joining a high-performing, tight-knit digital transformation team (4–5 people), working across a diverse portfolio of more than10 digital initiatives each year. From automation and process optimisation to systems implementation and stakeholder alignment, you’ll be right at the heart of change.
As a key bridge between the digital team, finance, and business units, you’ll play a critical role in turning vision into results.
🧠What We’re Looking For
1. 5+ years of project/change management experience, ideally in complex organisations
2. Strong grasp of systems and finance-led transformation
3. Change management qualifications (APMG, ProSci) are a big plus
