An exciting opportunity has come up for a womenswear shape designer to join a retailer based in London. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to move from supply-side into a head office.
Responsibilities
* Design womenswear multi-product apparel across woven and jersey.
* Conduct trend and market research, including shapes, print techniques and fabrications.
* Work closely with product developers until final garment is completed.
* Produce digital technical packs and collaborate with international suppliers.
Qualifications
* Commercial high street portfolio.
* Previous design experience, with a strong understanding of shape and prints.
* General fabric knowledge.
