Responsibilities
German speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Wigan
Hybrid working – 2 days at home
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum plus great benefits
Ref: 8183GCS
Main Duties:
To be the main point of contact for customers and manage the order process from initial enquiry to delivery.
The Role:
– To respond to any queries from customers in a timely and professional manner over telephone and email
– To build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal departments
– To manage the order process until final completion; including order entry, quotations, purchase order follow ups, confirmation of shipment dates and shipment tracking
– To maintain clear communication with customers on the progress of their enquiry if it cannot be resolved at the point of first contact
– To identify and action any special client shipping requirements
– To escalate enquiries as needed to the Team leader
– To provide proactive assistance to the team and other departments within the company as needed
Candidate's Profile
– Fluent German (written and spoken) – Essential
– Experience in a customer service role is preferred
– Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
– Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
– Excellent communication skills and a team player
– Computer literate (with experience in SAP an advantage)
