What We’re Looking For:
*
Strong background in engineering delivery, ideally in electronics or hardware-led programmes
*
Experience in defence, aerospace, or other high-integrity or regulated environments
*
Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end project delivery and cross-functional teams
*
Confident problem-solver with excellent planning and risk management skills
*
Professional, level-headed communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities
*
Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline (HNC/HND also considered with relevant experience)
Why Join?

Contribute to projects of real national and international significance
